SMS / Text Messaging Terms
Program description: By giving your consent, either verbally during a consultation or intake call or in writing, you agree to receive text messages from The Law Office of Maxx Padilla, PLLC. We send these messages to clients and prospective clients. They may include consultation and appointment confirmations and reminders, court date and hearing reminders, requests for documents or information needed for your case, case status updates, and replies to questions you text to us. We do not send marketing messages through this program.
Consent: Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of hiring the Firm or receiving our services.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your appointments and the activity in your case.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
Opting out: You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. We will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. To opt back in, reply START.
